All classes are have a sliding scale option to pay $10.00 to $20.00, allowing anyone to join. Please note that should it be completely impossible for you to join a class due to financial hardship, you will never be turned away!

This weekly gathering allows us to learn a bit of asana, mudra and meditation as we learn to navigate the different topics coming up for us weekly. Recently, we’ve covered dealing with stress, anxiety, fears and just day to day life!
This class is based on various strengthening principles including core work, upper and lower body strengthening, but done in a slow and peaceful manner. This class is similar to that of a gentle strengthening class, slow flow vin/yin, yin/yang and detox. All levels of practice are welcomed here and will modify according to need.
This class is a guided meditation/relaxation segment where all students will be lying down, tucked in and comfortable, in a quiet location of their home with a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
This class will be gentle based, sometimes with the use of a chair or other props such as blankets, pillows, straps and blocks. We will focus on gentle stretching and calming practices to develop awareness of the body and nervous systems. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
This class is is a lovely relation practice that uses all types of props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, and oils to bring the student to a place of rest and relaxation. Guided meditation is also used in this class. All levels of practice are welcomed here and will modify according to need.
This practice is open to all levels of students. We will explore together techniques used to quiet the mind and connect ones body and breath to achieve a state of awareness and peacefulness.
